EVWire brief: Energie 360°, the Swiss charge point operator, has acquired its competitor Move Mobility from Primeo Energie, Groupe E, and EWB, increasing the number of its charging points by 4,700 to now over 24,000.

The group, with the brands Energie 360°, Gofast, Swisscharge, and Move Mobility, will comprise over 24,000 public and private charging points in all Swiss regions and now has 250,000 users.

50,000 of those 250k users were brought over from Move Mobility. Energie 360° is fully integrating Move Mobility and its employees into its mobility group, while maintaining its independent brand identity, as with the group's other brands.

From November 1, 2025, there will be no more roaming charges for charging points within the Energie 360° mobility group.

Energie360° now has the densest network of public and privately operated charging points in all parts of Switzerland. The company plans to invest around CHF 200 million ($249M) in the further expansion of its charging offering by 2030 alone.
