EVwire brief: Tesla is now using EVIO Charging's Nanuet Town Centre Supercharger in New York as a self-serve demo drive location.
As per EVIO Charging in a post on LinkedIn, visitors to the Nanuet site can “experience FSD Supervised technology, charge on V4 Supercharger equipment, and take an extended test drive for up to one hour, all from a site owned and operated by EVIO.”
Scheduling is through Tesla.com/findus with the Nanuet location selected. Drivers must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license.

Here’s how the location looks like on the Tesla Find Us website
EVIO opened the first privately-owned Tesla Supercharger in New York at Nanuet Town Centre in May, an eight-stall V4 site delivered turnkey by Powerup EV Solutions. Its addition to Tesla's demo drive program marks the first time that site has been activated for test drives.
No other EVIO locations have been announced as demo drive sites yet. But with founder and CEO Jake Berdugo having flagged "more sites currently in development" at the time of the Nanuet opening, the setup looks like a template rather than a standalone experiment.

Context:
Tesla's self-serve demo drive program has been running for a few years, originally built around Destination Charging hosts such as hotels, restaurants, and parking facilities that have Level 2 chargers on site. Later on, select Superchargers also hosted demo drives.
The program puts a demo vehicle at the property, lets visitors book through the Tesla app, and hands them the keys, digitally, for up to an hour with FSD Supervised active and no Tesla staff present. Tesla Europe, Middle East & Africa shared a video about the program back in 2024:
EVIO's Nanuet site appears to be the first privately-owned (third-party-operated) Supercharger in New York to join the company’s demo drive program.
EVIO's business model is worth understanding here. The company identifies high-traffic locations, leases space from property owners, and handles all construction, ownership, and ongoing operations for the Supercharger stalls. This allows property owners to gain a new revenue stream from a site that draws EV drivers, and now, even those who might be looking at purchasing a Tesla.
