Tata Motors is acquiring Iveco Group in €3.8B deal, to create a global commercial-vehicle player
The all-cash offer will fold brands such as Iveco, FPT Industrial and Magirus into Tata’s commercial-vehicle portfolio once regulatory approvals clear in 2026.
