EVwire brief: Belgium-based payroll processor Besox streamlined its company fleet using Tesla vehicles, citing Tesla for Business as a key enabler of simplified fleet management and operations. The company now has 20 Tesla vehicles, most of them Model 3 and Model Y units, as it offered employees salary sacrifice scheme to go for an EV company car.
In a blog post, Besox CEO Christophe Morbee noted that company employees were very enthusiastic about choosing a Tesla as their company car.
“Midway through last year, employees were given the opportunity to exchange part of their salary for a company car. Most spontaneously chose Tesla.”
A key factor in Besox’s decision has been Tesla’s integrated fleet platform, which is enabled by Tesla for Business.

Besox uses Tesla for Business as a management platform for its fleet
According to the CEO, Tesla for Business enables a streamlined process from vehicle ordering to day-to-day management.
“Tesla for Business makes fleet management remarkably simple. From order to delivery, everything runs smoothly,” the CEO said.

The platform allows companies to manage multiple aspects of fleet operations in one place, including vehicle orders, driver access, charging, service scheduling, and payments.
Besox noted that the system is largely automated and requires minimal intervention, supporting scalability as the company grows.
“The system is well-organized, largely automated, and requires very little manual intervention.”
The company reported strong satisfaction among employees, citing driving comfort, intuitive interfaces, and overall reliability.
Jeroen Vanneste, Senior Enterprise Account Manager & Public Market Expert at Tesla, highlighted that Tesla for Business enables full fleet oversight through a single interface, reducing manual processes and improving efficiency.
Besox’s transition to a full Tesla fleet reflects a broader shift toward EV fleet consolidation, where companies prioritize simplicity, cost control, and ease of management.
This was the case with GO Rentals New Zealand, which recently announced a NZ$4 million investment in 51 new Tesla Model Y Long Range vehicles, doubling its existing fleet.
Brad Rodden, Operations Manager at GO Rentals NZ, stated that the Tesla API and Tesla for Business have been game-changers, as they offer a robust set of features and tools that make fleet management simple.
