EVwire brief: As of this past weekend, Tesla owners in the Netherlands and Lithuania have collectively driven more than 20 million km (12.42 million miles) using FSD Supervised.
Tesla Europe announced the milestone in a post on X:
The 20 million km milestone comes less than three days after Tesla Europe announced that its FSD Supervised fleet in the region crossed 15 million km (9.32 million miles). This also means that Tesla owners added roughly 5 million km (3.10 million miles) in less than 72 hours.
The rapid increase in FSD Supervised miles highlights what appears to be accelerating adoption of the system in Europe’s first two approved markets.

Lithuania approved FSD Supervised on May 20, 2026
Context:
Tesla first received approval from the Dutch regulator RDW for FSD Supervised’s use in the Netherlands on April 11. Dutch Tesla owners quickly embraced the system after launch, surpassing 10 million km (6.21 million miles) in under a month.
Lithuania became the second European Union country to approve FSD Supervised on May 20, less than 40 days after the RDW’s approval.
Lithuania was able to roll out FSD Supervised through the EU’s mutual recognition framework, which allowed the country to leverage Dutch regulatory data and validation efforts.
Here’s our report on Lithuania’s FSD Supervised rollout:
In its announcement for Lithuania, Tesla noted that it conducted more than 1.8 million kilometers (1.12 million miles) of internal FSD testing across Europe before the system reached customers.
The company also revealed at the time that its European customers have collectively driven 15 million km with FSD Supervised. Less than three days after that, the 20 million km milestone was reached.
Here’s our report on Europe’s 15 million km FSD Supervised milestone:
Worth noting: Tesla has not provided insight as to what caused the 5 million km addition to FSD Supervised’s cumulative kilometers in Europe. That said, it seems fair to speculate that the number of FSD Supervised users might be increasing in the Netherlands and Lithuania, since the system is approved for use on their local roads.
