EVwire brief: Tesla has released updated safety data for FSD Supervised in Europe, stating that the system has recorded more than 5.2 times fewer collisions than manual driving after accumulating 65 million kilometers (40.4 million miles) across five European countries.
The figures cover driving in the Netherlands, Lithuania, Estonia, Denmark and Belgium, where FSD Supervised has received regulatory approval. According to Tesla, the data spans the period from April 10 through July 26, 2026.

Tesla's latest statistics indicate that FSD Supervised performed particularly well on highways, where it recorded zero collisions over 41.9 million kilometers (26.0 million miles). By comparison, manually driven Tesla vehicles equipped with Active Safety features experienced 88 collisions over 429.3 million kilometers (266.8 million miles) during the same period.
On non-highway roads, Tesla reported six collisions over 23.8 million kilometers (14.8 million miles) with FSD Supervised engaged, compared with 368 collisions across 514.5 million kilometers (319.7 million miles) driven manually with Active Safety enabled.
FSD Supervised’s safety is truly tested in inner-city roads, which are very unpredictable.
Tesla also pointed to four driving-behavior measures from the same fleet data:
13.4x fewer automatic emergency braking events,
9.2x less harsh acceleration,
7.1x less harsh braking, and
7.6x fewer hard swerves than its manually driven fleet.

Context:
The latest figures build on Tesla's previous European safety update in June, which focused solely on data from the Netherlands. At the time, Tesla reported that FSD Supervised had accumulated 23.6 million kilometers (14.7 million miles) of driving, recording three collisions while achieving 3.5 times fewer collisions than manual driving on Dutch roads.

Tesla highlighted some key stats at the time:

8.8x less harsh acceleration,
7.3x less harsh braking, and
8.0x fewer hard swerves compared to its manually driven fleet.
Five EU countries now allow FSD Supervised on public roads: the Netherlands, which approved it first on April 10, followed by Lithuania, Estonia, Denmark, and Belgium. Each built on the Dutch RDW's original sign-off through the EU's mutual-recognition framework, and the fleet has piled up kilometers quickly since.
