EVwire brief: Tesla has lined up several customer-branded next-generation Semis outside its new factory near Giga Nevada, giving us an early look at some of the companies set to receive the production trucks ahead of Thursday's Semi Rollout event.
Tesla Semi advocate Zanegler on X captured the trucks in a drone video over the facility and identified branding for PepsiCo, US Foods, Einride, LTS, Nevoya, OK Produce, ABF Freight, DHL, WattEV, IMC Logistics and HMD.

Some of the companies in the Semis are familiar to EVwire readers. PepsiCo has run Tesla Semis since the program's earliest days, with more than 86 trucks now in service, and Einride's 500-truck order remains the largest Semi deployment on the books. IMC Logistics committed to 50 Semis across California drayage and long-haul routes, and Nevoya already runs Semis out of Forum Mobility's Long Beach depot.
WattEV placed an early 370-truck order, and ABF Freight bought two Semis after a successful 2025 pilot. US Foods, LTS, OK Produce, DHL, and HMD haven't been publicly tied to the Semi program before now.

The trucks are staged outside Tesla's dedicated Semi factory in Sparks, Nevada, a 1.7-million-square-foot plant next to Gigafactory Nevada that Tesla has said is designed to build up to 50,000 trucks a year. Tesla confirmed the factory's September 24 opening last month.

Context:
The customer lineup comes just two days after ZET SCALE announced a 2,500-truck electric Class 8 order, with Tesla selected as the program's primary OEM. The alliance's first deployments are planned across 10 major freight hubs, including Southern California, Northern California, Seattle, Houston, Dallas, Chicago and Northern New Jersey.
Tesla is also arriving at the rollout with a growing charging network and a much larger pipeline of fleet deployments. Forum Mobility recently announced four new California heavy-duty charging depots adding 30 MW of capacity, with Tesla operating public Megachargers at three locations. Forum also has contracted fleet offtake for more than 330 Tesla Semis at its FM Santa Fe depot in Rancho Dominguez.
